These wontons are the perfect blend of crunchy wrapper, juicy and tasty filling. INGREDIENTS1 packet of Wonton Flour Mix200g pork mince100g peeled and deveined prawns, roughly chopped1 bunch of finely chopped coriander3 cloves of garlic, grated1 thumb of ginger, grated2 tsp GF soy sauce1 tsp potato/tapioca starch1 tsp sea salt*oil for deep fryingMETHOD1.
