Asian Salsa with Wonton crisps

This recipe is fun, delicious and screams easy entertaining! ​​​​​​​​ Ingredients​​​​​​​​1 packet of Wonton Wrapper Mix, see instructions below2 tsp chilli flakes*​​​​​​​​4 tomatoes, dice​​​​​​​​1/2 Spanish onion / red onion, dice​​​​​​​​2 tbs chopped coriander​​​​​​​​1 tbs chopped chives​​​​​​​​2 tsp olive oil​​​​​​​​1.5 tbs Japanese rice vinegar or similar​​​​​​​​1 tsp coconut sugar​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​METHOD​​​​​​​​1. heat chilli flakes in a dry pan or saucepan over med heat until aroma release. Place in a bowl to cool.​​​​​​​​2. Mix all ingredients together and serve with wonton crisps.​​​​​​​​3.
