Asian Fresh Noodle Broth

INGREDIENTS:
Traditional Shanghai Style Fresh Noodles with aromatic soy sauce
Broth:
1 tbsp of concentrate natural bone broth
2 star anise
1 cinnamon stick
Lemongrass
2 cloves of garlic
15g of ginger
salt and pepper to taste
   
METHOD:
  1. Prepare the Broth: In a pot, add the bone broth concentrate, star anise, cinnamon stick, lemongrass, garlic cloves, and ginger. Bring to a simmer and let the magic happen for a few minutes. 
  2. Cook the Noodles: While the broth simmers, cook Traditional Shanghai Style Fresh Noodles according to the package instructions. They cook up perfectly in no time!
  3. Combine and Enjoy: Pour the aromatic broth over the cooked noodles. Add your favorite veggies or protein for an extra boost, and drizzle some aromatic soy sauce to taste.
