With GF ingreadiants being a lot more expensive than gluten alternatives this small rolling pin is a great product which minimises product waste.

My 7 year old son was recently diagnosed with coeliac disease, so it's been a journey finding alternatives to his favourite meals that he will actually eat. Although more time consuming than buying the pre made won ton wrappers from the supermarket, watching my son gobble up the dumpling like he use to was well worth the effort.
Before coming across House of goodness, I attempted to use GF pastry for the dumpling wrappers, however they simply fell apart. The texture, taste and ability of the House of goodness wrappers rivalled any gluten product.
